Podcasts - Powering Your Brain

One thing you should know about us is that we’re not just passionate about helping you grow your business, but we love to build our relationships with you through education and sharing what we ourselves learn. Our backgrounds are high-performers in our fields that range from tech, healthcare, to amateur Ironman athletes. We know a thing or two about pushing the boundaries and building cool things.

That doesn’t come without sacrifice and learning, though. A part of most of our journeys here - which lends a hand to our time in healthcare as well as supporting the workers that help everyone else - is our own health journeys whether they have been big or small steps.

Setting yourself up for success for learning, growth, and supporting your clients alike, means being at the top of your own game. Through the year, you have your own learning and development to do, as well as keeping up with new findings in your field and in healthcare in general, to better support and better make use of the world around us to support those clients to their best version of themselves - and yourself. So how do you not only prepare yourself for these things, but also be a high perform and support those around you? This is a lifelong question that deserves lifelong attention.

Two podcasts we love, The Rich Roll Podcast, along with Huberman Lab, don’t just have interesting guests, but professionals in their respective fields that are on the frontier of some of the best medical findings we have to date. Our goal when sharing podcasts is to both allow you to have access to great things you might not have known about before (like new podcasts, books, great information in general), but also so that you have content to share with your clients, too!

Two episodes that we’ll specifically call out for you are:

Leveraging things like podcasts that are already available for free to help your clients reach their goals is a great way to stay connected, let them know that you’re thinking about them even when they’re not in front of you in the clinic, and that you want them to have the same information you do and to help them for free outside of the exchange of value that you have during your appointments together. Feel free to take these and share them on your own social media, or share this blog with them!

See you soon,
