    • Fill out your detailed questionnaire that prepares us to go through your business with you

    • We’ll have an introduction and discovery call, where we go through your questionnaire and fill in any blanks that we have to best support you

    • If you have an office manager, we’ll speak with them as well and determine any gaps in technology or knowledge we can help them with

    • You will provide us with a detailed historical list of reporting that we’ll use to capture your business’ performance and build your custom dashboard

  • This one’s on us. Up to now, we’ve connected and built a detailed history and gathered all of the information around your business that we need. Over the next week, we’ll be compiling our review and data into a complete report that outlines performance metrics and next steps.

  • This is the bread and butter. You can use this to build your business and reach your goals. We’ll meet with you after you’ve had a chance to digest your report.
